At Rave Wonderland, we want you to feel confident and vibrant in your festival gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and there are no signs of wear, glitter, or makeup.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
