When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak festival seasons, processing may take up to 4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package heads out.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, bodysuits, face masks, and intimate apparel are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our rave gear worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware of potential customs fees in your region.
How do I know which size to choose?
Since festival wear often fits snugly, we provide a detailed size guide on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.
How should I wash my sequin and holographic items?
To keep your outfit sparkling, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent and hanging to dry. Avoid ironing or machine drying, as high heat can damage holographic finishes.
Can I change or cancel my order?
